Sebastian Vettel’s record broken by Dutch driver Max Verstappen as youngest F1 race winner — Spanish Grand Prix 2016

Too pathetic that I was kicked out of the computer and I was not able to see this race.

Well, this lands a place on my blog because Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing (RBR) becomes the youngest Formula 1 winner at 18 years and 228 days, beating Sebastian Vettel’s record of 21 years and 73 days in the 2008 Italian Grand Prix.

Top most photo is Seb’s podium with Heikki Kovalainen and Robert Kubica; above this text is Max’s podium finish with Kimi Raikkonen and…well, Sebastian Vettel.

We could remember that last week, RBR’s Daniil Kvyat was demoted to the Junior Team Toro Rosso, swapping place with Verstappen.

So it’s one headline after the other for this young lad. By the way I heard that the two Mercedes crashed?

Crazy, eh?

Anyhow, congratulations to the three top placers of the Spanish Grand Prix of 2016 especially to the Max!
