Reminiscing Sebastian Vettel’s first Hungarian Grand Prix Win, 26 July 2015

It’s almost a month since my dear Sebby won the Hungarian Grand Prix for the first time ever!

His first Hungarian Grand Prix trophy -- I was teary eyed like a proud mother/girlfriend/best friend/manager.

Yup, you heard it right. This four time Formula 1 Champion has NEVER won in Hungaroring except for the stellar performance on July 26th.

YAAAAASSSSSS!
YAAAAASSSSSS!

Apparently, I was out to watch a movie (Ant Man! I regret nothing! Paul Rudd gets hotter by the scene) with a good friend and I came home quite late, the race is almost over!

I ran to the television, grabbed the remote and switched channels. My heart just skipped a beat when I saw VET leading the race followed by KVY and RIC.

Like OH CRAP PLEASE LET THE RACE END NOW AS SEB WANTS THIS WIN EVER SO BADLY, FIRST TIME BABY!

I was holding my breath until the checkered flag is raised. Yup, never say never until it’s over!!!

OMG look at that face he looks like my next mistake.

Anyway, on Sunday is the Belgian Grand Prix in the breath taking Spa-Francorchamps.

In 2013, when the second half of the season was opened in Belgium, Seb NEVER looked back as he effortlessly swept the rest of the races all.

With the high of the Hungarian Grand Prix, I hope mein liebe can sustain this and grab another win in Spa.

Nobody does it like my love.
Nobody does it like my love. Arguably, F1’s golden boy.

Then maybe in Italy because #FORZAFERRARI.

Oh! Then the race is back in Asia and Asia loves Seb the way I love him so I am quite expecting wins here too.

The tiny problem is that…uhmmm…due to work I skipped the Malaysian Grand Prix and because of choosing friendship over F1 I missed a huge chunk of the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Where’s the problem there? My mom determined the “pattern”.

Mom: Do you want Seb to win again?

Me: (wipes tears) YES MOM HELLO.

Mom: Okay, don’t watch him race.

Me: -.-

Dilemma: Watch Seb because I love him to nanopieces but risk winning OR Wait until Seb is one needle away from the finish line whilst I die in anticipation in exchange for a P1 trophy.

Hearing Das Deutschlandlied playing again (not for Mercedes, okay?) just brought chills up and down my spine and goosies all over too! (recounts wiping tears) Nothing compares hearing it after an SV victory. Sorry Nico Britney.

No matter how many wins, every win seems to be the first.

I still go breathless, go cray cray, go ridiculously mad.

I love Seb. I do, I do.
